Lol, no, it might look like one, but it isn’t I simply want to acknowledge that the same amount of money means different things in different countries.
How I work
To get the ball rolling, please send me an email to wsp (at) sybilleyates (dot) com and tell me in which of my services you are interested in.
I will send you back a short questionnaire to fill out, in order to gather all the information I need to work on your project.
After I have received your answers, I will send you a first draft for review in 24h. In case I expect a delay, I will inform you of this and leave it up to you to decide if you want to accept this or if you want to look for another service provider.
You review the draft and tell me what you want to have changed, or whether you are already happy with my design.
I will work with you until you are happy with the end result. I then deliver the final product to you and you pay me by Paypal whatever you consider the end product worth -and what ever you are comfortable paying- after you have received it. No risk at all involved for you.

Please Note!
I am using stock images for a lot of my designs. For all these images I have obtained the appropriate license and I will use each image only once per customer. But please bear also in mind that other designers might use the same image for their clients. The only thing I can warranty you is that
a) I only use each image one time per client.
b) I will always strive to use it in a way so that the resulting end product is truly unique and only for you.
Revisions, Drafts and Refunds
I am a perfectionist and I want you to be perfectly happy with the service I offer. Therefore I will work with you through as many revisions you feel are necessary. If you have the feeling that this process takes too long, you can always cancel the order at any moment, no questions asked, no costs for you. And as this is all on a donation base, you simply pay me whatever you think my work is worth and what you can afford, be it a cent or a million
Attention! Whilst I am perfectly happy to work through many revisions, I draw the line at too many mind changes. If you want a banner in a blue color scheme and suddenly, after several revisions, decide that red would look better, I will politely stop working for you. I am a professional stock photographer and illustrator with more than 5 years experience providing images to web designers via stock image libraries. I have designed banners and ads for my own websites and those of my family and friends. I also did some custom design work for a variety of people. Some of them might even come over here and leave a review

I have done translations since 2000 and I know that just translating the words is not good enough, therefore I always strive to translate the culture and mood a text is based on as well.

I am a health care professional, so please don’t expect me to write anything else than a thoroughly researched article. Fabulous header banner & favicon!
Sy was great to work with and very patient with my requests for revisions, including providing multiple alteratives where all I could say was “I’m not keen on X because of Y but I can’t tell you how I would like it better”.

I asked SY to create 2 headers, with very little idea of how I wanted them to look. All I gave her was the site name, what it was about and the general “feeling” I wanted it to have. The results far exceeded my expectations! I wasn’t sure if I was making the right decision buying headers instead of creating them myself. But after seeing the results and how quickly she creates her designs, I wouldn’t hesitate returning to SY for additional headers for my sites.

What I liked:
SY was great at coming up with designs. Everything was very high quality. But there were some things that just weren’t to my taste. I felt a bit uncomfortable saying that “I just don’t like it”. However she was cool with that and once she got to know what I wanted, she produced a fantastic design that I am really please with. Even though I couldn’t really verbalize what I was after, with a bit of trial and error, she soon worked it out.
Turn around time was good too. I think it was about 72 hours from start to finish. This included a Sunday where we weren’t at our computers very much as well as all the revisions.
What I didn’t like:
Not having a fixed price. I understand why SY does it this way but simply because of my own ignorance, I don’t know the “market value” for this sort of work.
Overall:
A good experience. I got a header, favicon, and 2 logos. If we include the revisions, I got 2 headers, 2 favicons and 3 logos. If I am in need of some high quality artwork again, I can see myself using SY service in the future.
SY did a great job when I needed some help with headers on a few sites. The work was done within the day and the results are great. I recommend her without any hesitation.
SY made a top notch header for me and it was done the same day with no input from me other than pointing her to the site it was intended for.
She is also writing articles for me that require a fair bit of research and need to be professionally done and she is doing a remarkable job. SY cares about her work and it shows…you’d think she was working on her own site.
All that and she’s a pleasure to work with.
I had a need for headers for a few of my sites but wasn’t really sure about exactly what how I wanted them to look. Thanks to the helpful suggestions and advice from SY, as well as her own creative initiative, 3 blog headers were created, providing me with exactly the fresh look I was after. Apart from the fact that the response was quick and friendly, the ideas that SY came up with were spot on.
